1. Platform Services

MakerSlot provides direct-to-creator storefront infrastructure, digital catalog hosting, dynamic UPI payment QR generation, and slot capacity management for home bakers, artists, and crafters.

2. Creator Responsibilities & Direct UPI Payments

Creators using MakerSlot receive customer payments directly to their own UPI Virtual Payment Address (VPA). MakerSlot does not process or hold customer funds directly during checkout. Creators are solely responsible for verifying customer UPI payments prior to fulfilling orders.

3. Platform Fees & Invoicing

MakerSlot charges a platform fee (typically 5% unless customized) on gross verified storefront sales. Fees accrue monthly and are invoiced at month-end. Failure to pay platform invoices may result in temporary storefront suspension.

4. Order Fulfillment & Product Liability

Creators are responsible for product quality, food safety, packaging, delivery scheduling, and fulfillment. MakerSlot is not liable for disputes regarding order quality, delivery delays, or unfulfilled custom items.
