We collect creator information necessary to set up storefronts (name, email, UPI ID, store name) and customer checkout details (name, shipping address, contact phone number, delivery slot preferences) to facilitate fulfillment.

2. How Data Is Used

Customer information collected during checkout is shared directly with the respective store creator to enable order delivery and communication. We do not sell or rent user or customer personal data to third-party advertisers.

3. Payment & Data Security

Because customer checkout payments use direct UPI QR transfers, MakerSlot does not store credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials. Store configurations and order ledgers are stored using industry-standard encrypted database infrastructure.
